Frequently asked questions

What about wet weather?

If there is any chance that a program will be cancelled due to rain or inclement weather, our coaches will contact the relevant school or childcare centre to discuss and a mutual decision will be made.
If the decision is made to cancel the school or holiday program for that day,  the coach will then contact all the parents to let them know.

If no contact is made, a message will be left on mobiles so please don’t forget to check.  It’s therefore important that we have an up to date contact number for you and preferably a mobile number.

If the program is held at the child care centre, we won’t contact parents unless they have to bring their child in just for the football program.   The coach will make every effort to run an extra session to compensate but depending on timescales and how many sessions have been cancelled due to rain, this may not be on the same night as the original program.  We appreciate that this won’t always suit everyone but we will endeavor to keep disruptions to a minimum.   Any programs that are disrupted will be updated on this website and then removed the following day so you can quickly check online for any latest information.

Safe Football

All or coaches go through a detailed Brisbane Roar induction process and have a  minimum of a Football Federation Australia Junior Licence. they all hold a Blue Card to work with your children and each session will have a First Aid Trained officer present. All you would expect in entrusting your children into our care.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the start date of the program we are happy to refund you 100%. For cancellations less than 20 days but more than 7 days we can refund you 50% and unfortunately for cancellations made less than 7 days from the start date of the prgram we are unable to offer a refund. We will ofcourse and would prefer you to take up a place on another more convenient program.
