WHAT ABOUT WET WEATHER?

If there is any chance that a program or session will be cancelled due to  inclement weather, we will contact the relevant school or childcare and come to a mutual decision. If the program is cancelled for the day, all parents will be contacted and informed of the decision. Ideally, this occurs early enough to minimise disruption and confusion.

Wet weather updates will also be posted on our Roar Active Facebook and Instagram pages.

The team will make every effort to run an extra session to compensate, but depending on timescales and how many sessions have been cancelled due to rain, this may not be on the same day as the original program. We appreciate that this won’t always suit everyone, but we will endeavour to keep disruptions to a minimum. Disrupted programs will be available to be viewed on this website for up to 48hrs following cancellation.  

SAFE FOOTBALL 

All our coaches go through a detailed Brisbane Roar induction process. They all hold a Blue Card to work with your children and each session will have a First Aid Trained officer present. Nothing is left to chance when you entrust your children into our care. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the start date of the program we are happy to refund you 100%. For cancellations less than 10 days, but more than 3 days we can refund you 50%. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days from the start date. We offer and encourage your child to take up a place on another more convenient program.
